Shares there's always ups and downs

But property investment is the most risky one...

Bonds I dun buy, but it's like you buy bonds and it's for like 10 years, then the co pay you divd or something like that... But not really familiar w/ bonds

Usually best is you buy some share and keep it for divd if the divd is good... This one is stable...

As for speculation, I believe the days are over Laughing

tat means buy bond for 5 yrs and the dividend percentage is fixed throughout the 5 yrs? tat means u can calculate roughly how much u can get back after the 5 yrs?
